Branding, Illustration & Art Direction

Carmana is an online platform providing a customer-to-customer, second-hand car buying and selling service. Launched in Thailand in mid-2016, the service does away with the stressful process of  buying or selling a car by minimising unnecessary paperwork and foreseeable financial risks. Involved since the early stages of the branding process, we got our hands dirty with everything from name generation to the choice of mascot. Since Carmana is a mass market brand, we opted for an approach that would appeal to a wider range of consumers, culminating in a charming penguin mascot and educative infographics composed of quirky vector illustrations.
